Animal volunteers
Every Saturday morning you have the opportunity to join us on our farm and interact with our amazing rescue animals. You can take our lovely dogs for walkies; you can brush and cuddle them. They’ll love you for it. Our horses too!
We are open from 8am–11am, and only 40 minutes north of Cape Town via the N7. Please contact our volunteer co-ordinator, Grenville, at: grenville@dassenbergrescue.org
Community outreach
If you are a registered child therapist or social worker looking to donate your time to our programmes, please get in touch. We also welcome enthusiastic volunteers who’d like to help with various activities – from delivering food parcels to general assistance.
